Atty. Rongcales joined the Firm as a Junior Associate after passing the 2025 Philippine Bar Examination. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law in June 2025, where he ranked 13th in his graduating class. Throughout his legal education, he was a consistent Dean’s Lister and a member of the Dean’s Circle. In 2022, he simultaneously obtained his Professional Education and Teaching Proficiency (PETP) from the Asia College of Advance Studies in Arts, Sciences, and Technology, Inc. in Bobon, Northern Samar. Prior to pursuing his legal studies, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Centro Escolar University – Manila.
